Building Gods House & Building the FC...

It's about 6:30 on a Sunday and I just felt compelled to do a post to help people catch up with me as of late. Some changes have gone on in my life, some hurtful and others spiritual. But overall, its a good growth that I needed. In the latest news, I was baptized at Oasis Church LA on June 30th this year and I really felt like that when life began to change for me, I mean every detail of how I think, react and conduct myself. The old me has rapidly vanished. I really began to get more involved with my church as far as helping out, volunteering and even embarking on some cool Carpentry projects. So, what does this mean for my blog? I'll continue on my journey towards racing and completing my FC build, but understand that God is in the drivers seat now, where as before, I tried super hard to do EVERYTHING on my own for some wrong reasons.

Below are some pics I thought I should post, got some more coming, stay tuned.

New Godspeed radiator, love the name of this company : )

Old School Fuel...

Had to empty out the FC gas tank of its old fuel from 2009. Figured I'd get it done on my day off work. Called up the homie Hoyce and he came through to assist me in my noobness. Seriously, I tend to not have full confidence sometimes when it comes to certain mechanics on this FC. Here a pic of me emptying out the old stuff, moving forward with some new new:

Chumpot'sTurbo...

Since I dont have a ton of time and money to pour into this project, I have to be HIGHLY strategic as well as cost saavy when deciding on what parts I'll need for this FC. Luckily, I have a good network of friends within the Mazda community who offer both advice AND cool parts. This leads me to the purchase of the MUCH needed turbo I've been seeking. My buddy Chumpot is a long time Rotary tuner and fellow Capricorn like myself. Its funny, we seem to have similar paths as well as good taste when it comes to our approach to FC style and aesthetic. Chumpot apparently does a lot of his own work and is good at sourcing cool parts, one of which is this Knightsports turbo I've been eye-balling. Should be picking it up from him in 2weeks. Check it:
