Chumpot'sTurbo...

Since I dont have a ton of time and money to pour into this project, I have to be HIGHLY strategic as well as cost saavy when deciding on what parts I'll need for this FC. Luckily, I have a good network of friends within the Mazda community who offer both advice AND cool parts. This leads me to the purchase of the MUCH needed turbo I've been seeking. My buddy Chumpot is a long time Rotary tuner and fellow Capricorn like myself. Its funny, we seem to have similar paths as well as good taste when it comes to our approach to FC style and aesthetic. Chumpot apparently does a lot of his own work and is good at sourcing cool parts, one of which is this Knightsports turbo I've been eye-balling. Should be picking it up from him in 2weeks. Check it:

What's up y'all, yes, it's been super long since my last post, my apologies. Life as we all now has its way of consuming and keeping us from doing what we love most. So, quick recap. Most of January and well into all of Feb, I was working long hours at my job in prep for our Tradeshow in Vegas. I promised myself that once I came back from travel, I'd be dedicating time *quickly* in getting the FC back on its feet. The posts which follow this one should now clearly indicate such activity, thanks for stopping in.

Progress n shit

Spent the last weekend in January working on my FC a little. To all my friends who've guided me and helped whenever you can, I truly appreciate it. My only focus is to get this Mazda done before SevenStock. Just want to drive it endlessly and have my dreams take flight. I seriously dont think there is anyone else out there who dreams as much as me or put's so much hope into a vision, if there is...I haven't met them yet, would be cool though.

Installed the motor, FINALLY. Was sitting in my bedroom or outside the car in the carport. Geez, talk about lagging. #babysteps

While the motor was in, figured I'd slap on the Clutch slave master cylinder. Sweet steel braided line, DONT LEAK HOMIE!!
